I met a wonderful young lady not too long ago walking through Ikea and we had a conversation about hair, country of origin, and profession. She is Akua Soadwa and when she announced to me that she is a Dream Director at a local high school, I was intrigued because I had never heard of such a profession. In a nutshell, her job as a Dream Director is to discover the students' dream and help them bring to life through projects that they work on. I was impressed by her heart to inspire young people to not only dream but show them how to make the dream possible. As I research more about what a Dream Director does, I came across this video telling me more about this young lady making an impact in her corner of the world.
