Nobody can break our spirit unless we let them because once we made up our mind to ignore any negativity that comes our way, we have won half of the battle.  The other half consists of showing up and make it count!  Life with its share of challenges will knock us down to our feet and we might not feel like we can go on anymore but the conquering spirit inside of us is indignant to the fact that this might be a setback but it's not over.  So let's fight this with everything we got because this is where the rubber meets the road and we will not give it the satisfaction to count us out.  Let's give it our best shot and show that we are here to stay because we are more than conquerors and we are not built to break!!
