A lot of people have been asking how I keep fit and today I am sharing one of the workout I do on a regular basis. I enjoy this workout because all I need is a mat, a jump rope, and a willing "moi". Now that school is over, my girls are happily joining in the fun and it makes it for a great family time. I do it at my pace and I am satisfied with the results so far. Exercise with good nutrition and good sleeping habits make for the best outcome in this journey of taking me back. I am at a better place mentally and physically when I get one workout in and I have enlisted my girls' help to keep me accountable. I am always looking for fun ways to exercise so if you know any at home workout please share and here is to keeping fit together!!
